The internal linking is good, though I think I used to use a plugin to do something similar a while back for work. I think anytime I mentioned a subject, like 'biology' it autolinked to that category. Of course, my new site will benefit from that greatly! I rubbed my nipples. Saw the admin bar and didn't know what it was. Didn't have time to stop and look at it much. I will now. Will look into the post formats. Not sure what that's about.
